After a wonderful weekend at Cleethorpes Scooter Rally, with beautiful weather both for the ride there and back as well as the rally itself, we decided to put this little video together as a ‘thank you’ to all those who helped with the launch party for issue 2 of ScooterNova magazine, as well of course as everybody who attended the event.
Throughout the day the ScooterNova magazine stall was busy with scooterists and traders alike stopping by for some quality cheese and wine, the sounds provided by Andrew Kay of York SC. We were also pleased to have not only Richard Oswald’s Lambretta 230cc engined J50 on display (as featured in issue 2 of ScooterNova) but later on a few other smart scooters were also parked up to enjoy – big thanks to Gary and Mark for The Sentinel and Start Me Up.
During the day people stopped by to socialise, buy and read a copy of ScooterNova magazine with a glass of red or white, some even bought one of our exclusive ScooterNova branded messenger bags to carry their wares around in. All around though, plenty of happy people, which was is was all about.
So here are a selection of photos we took on the day, all on the official scooter rally campsite run by the Olympic and Mansfield Monsters scooter clubs. We’ve added them to some video to and from Cleethorpes, and stuck it all together with a background tune that brought a smile to many faces at our little launch party.
We hope to see many of you and more at the Isle of Wight scooter rally for our launch party there to celebrate issue 3 of ScooterNova magazine.
Until then, we’ll see you on the road somewhere. Ride safe.
