For 2014 Piaggio have finally announced the new Vespa Bellissima, which if it looks familiar is this year’s ‘version’ of the Vespa 946. Pictures of new Vespa Primavera 2014 at Milan Show

Well we posted the leaked photos a while back and now here is the scooter in question, the new Vespa Primavera from Piaggio on display on their stand at the Milan Motorcycle Show, aka EICMA.

As predicted it is based around their limited edition 946 model which means the 125cc 4-stroke automatic engine has 3 valves and is relatively frugal while still able to sit at 60-something mph.

Vespa GTS 350 – New scooter for 2014 or just rumours?

A few websites and blogs are suggesting that 2014 will see the arrival of a new, larger Vespa scooter to the market.

However, Piaggio continue to maintain that the current Vespa GTS 300 has the largest engine that can be inserted into that particular chassis and that the chassis itself is not designed to cope with any more power.
