Scomadi brand name arrived a few years ago as a result of research and development into creating a modern scooter that was influenced by 1960s Lambretta scooters.
The first scooters were hand-built, limited edition carbon fibre bodied scooters powered by 250cc and then 300cc Piaggio 4-stroke auto engines, as used in the Vespa GTS range. These were produced by
PM Tuning and Scooter Innovations in Lancashire and a couple of these were on display in Milan.
